The property is a superior two-star hotel built in 2015 and expanded in 2019. It is located on a 1,191-square-meter plot on Avenida Cooperativa del Campo Virgen de la Esperanza. The plot has 909 square meters of built space, which includes 20 rooms across 2 floors. The rooms are divided into 17 double rooms, 1 superior room, and 2 luxury rooms with private jacuzzis, and it’s also possible to add extra beds.

The hotel also has a lounge/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen ready to provide catering services. Additionally, solar thermal panels were installed for the hot water tanks during the year it was built, and in an investment in 2023, a network of photovoltaic solar panels was installed, significantly reducing the business operating costs (electricity and water).
